    Overview

    System Advance Co., LTD is an ICT company located in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture that creates new value within the times.
    The company helps other businesses improve by providing them system development, website production, and server management services. Previously, the company used an online system to manage employee attendance. In the old system, it takes time to turn on the computer and press the time card.
    Attendance management at multiple locations, including the new sales office in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture, was also an issue. For this reason, the company use CAOCAM-AI to improve attendance management and utilize optional features in the system such as the digital signage.

    Challenges

    • Improving the work efficiency of the attendance management due to the increase in employees and sales offices.
    • Enhance security with Face Recognition technology.

    Results

    • Aside from the basic feature of CAOCAM-AI, System Advance also integrated some of the optional features like the Signage, ToDo list (Schedule Management), and Cloud Computing. By using the Cloud Computing feature, it has become possible to easily manage the attendance in different locations.The graph shows the survey results before and after the introduction of CAOCAM-AI. Since its introduction last April 2020, the time required for the attendance reduced significantly.

    Overview

    Rickshaw Inn Rickshaw Inn is an old folk house-like Japanese-style International hotel located in the center of Hida Takayama. There are a lot of foreign guests that visit the hotel. Upon staying at the hotel, if the guest is a foreigner and doesn’t have an address in Japan, the receptionist will ask the guest to show his/her passport in compliance with the law of Japan.
    Until now, guest information was managed manually and took a considerable amount of time. CAOCAM-AI was introduced to solve this issue.

    Results

    • After CAOCAM-AI was introduced to Rickshaw Inn, there were some customized features added to CAOCAM-AI. Through the customization, the system can now cooperate with the Rickshaw Inn Reservation System by managing the reservation information on the guest page of CAOCAM-AI. The Guest Page is a dedicated customized page for Rickshaw Inn where the receptionist can see and search all the guest-related information.
      When the guest checks-in at the hotel at the day of the reservation, the guest has one chance to play the roulette game where the guest can win a prize on the spot. Rickshaw Inn succeeded in improving the efficiency of confirming guest information and guest data storage. The roulette game got a great comment from one of the guests who stayed at the hotel, stating that it was “unique and fun.”
